    @zz4r – Yes n no.My meditation (clensing in the light and breathing) at the time was intentional not knowing where it would bring me but it led the my understanding now of being led by the spirit where you detach from your ego and rely on higher gifts that are in you but hidden by you lack of knowledge and ego etc The closer you connect with God and still your mind you will start to see and feel things you have been distracted from.even the feeling and fire of love within your heart.     ~Ainsley~ you’re making my giggle your funny and cute my friend. So I relate with you on the chakra stuff. So I had some huge chakra awakening years ago and it was quite a real experience and acutally overwhelming as a newbie. It was like I stepped into the timeless realm where I was seeing things inside my mind befor they happenened. I can explain that all the sudden I felt extremely smart and sensitive but a bit overwhelmed by it.I figured out I am empathetic to..ugh I would like coffee w/ u!
